Lynn is currently accepting applications for the part-time position of Late-Night Library Assistant. This person will assist users with library services and basic IT support from 7pm to 12am Sunday through Thursday. This is a 32-week academic year position (does not work during breaks or summers). Provides high-quality customer service and library circulation services, helping users with research assistance and finding library materials, assisting with printing/scanning, troubleshooting IT issues in person and over the phone, monitoring the building for security, and escalating issues appropriately when necessary. Also assists with reporting and interlibrary loan.
