This is entry level professional library work involving a wide variety of public, technical, and clerical
services. Responsibilities include instructing and assisting library patrons; performing reference and reader’s advisory services; collection development and management; the supervision of the young adult library service; supervising support staff; planning and implementing young adult library programs.
Graduation from an American Library Association accredited college or university with a
Master's degree in Library Science.
Minimum of one-year library experience.
Experience with Integrated Library System (ILS) preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
